- Manage & lead the Finance & Account team and be responsible for the overall financial operations. - Manage and oversee the Company’s finance and accounting function, financial accounting and reporting, management reporting, financial planning and analysis, cash flow management, budgeting and forecasting, internal and external audit and taxation. - Establish and enforce proper Finance and Accounting methods, SOP, policies and principles. - Ensure timely closing of the monthly and yearly accounts. - Oversee all financial and operational controls and metrics, maintaining executive responsibility of financial and accounting operations. - Manage the month-end closing process and ensure accurate and timely closing and group reporting purposes. - Support and provide advice to the Management Team and Business units where required. - Works collaboratively with all departments to proactively review, establish and recommend efficiency improvements to finance related processes. - Establish, maintain stable cash flow management policies and procedures, forecast, ensure cash resources are available for daily operations and business needs. - Work closely with other departments to provide guidance on spending.Involved in the Annual Budgeting and Forecasting. - Reports financial status by developing forecasts, reporting results, analyzing variances, developing improvements. - Train and develop the Accounts & Finance team to establish a strong foundation in supporting the complexity and volume of business. - Prepares relevant reports for management on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly.
- At least 10 years of relevant experience with a good mix of commercial operations and audit. - Have knowledge of accounting or enterprise-level financial planning systems, such as SAP. - Strong knowledge of Financial Reporting Standards. - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. - Ability to manage details and establish root cause. - Ability to thrive on change and inclination to operate with flexibility and commit the time required to get the job done. - Willing to business field trip if necessary.
- Age Between - 30 to 45
- Professional qualification such as CA/CPA or similar will be considered a plus.
