Conducting preliminary inspections; Promotion; Transfer within the department; Training; Performance appraisal; To ensure that all management functions of the organization are carried out in a timely manner. Monday to Saturday 9:00 am to 5:30 pm
Must be between 30 and 40 years old. Must have at least 5 or 7 years of experience as an HR & Admin Manager. Must have a full understanding of management skills. HR rules and regulations; Labor Law Must know and understand HR procedures and functions. Must be able to co-manage management and human resources. Must be able to speak English fluently. Must be able to write English well.Must be computer literate (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet, E-mail) Creating and Editing Detailed Responsibilities (JD) and Responsibilities (JS) for the interview Must be able to set Rules & Regulations if necessary. Must be able to perform KPIs & Appraisals. Must be able to provide the required KPIs and Appraisal training. Must be able to coordinate and have a long-term partnership with the company

Must have a bachelor’s degree in economics or a university degree. Must have Business Management or HR (UK) Diploma.
