-Manage payroll for employees accurately and in a timely manner. Then calculating salaries, income tax, SSB and overtime ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. -Maintaining and updating employee payroll records, including personal information, tax details, and benefits. -Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws, regulations, and company policies. The participate in internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and explanations related to payroll processes. -Conducting the recruitment process and orientation process -Support to HOD and other tasks.
-Minimum 3 years experiences in HR Executive field. -Strong knowledge of Myanmar Labor Law and SSB. -Good understanding of HR software -Must have leading skills. problem solving skills and negotiation skills. -Good communication skills and interpersonal skills. -Proficiency in computer literacy and Advance Excel -English must be in intermediate level.

-Any graduate with HR Diploma and certified in payroll.
