Job Description Full Time(အမြဲတမ်း ဝန်ထမ်း)

- Managing overall administrative activities for the organization. - Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processes. - Manage fixed assets, licensing issues, vehicles and office work. - Remaining responsible for the day-to-day facilities operations including supervising the maintenance and alteration of office areas and equipment, purchasing office supplies, furniture. - Monitor of costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation inventory, office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints. - Organize and supervise other office activities (recycling, renovations, maintenance planning etc.) ‣ Good understanding of administration and can lead and manage. - Must be able to handle tasks responsibly. - Must be able to manage time, schedules and perform assigned tasks on deadline. - Familiarity with performance appraisal process.


Requirements

- Must have relevant Diploma in Business Management Administration or certificate /MBA is more preferable. - Must have 2-years' experience as Administration Assistant Manager position. - In-depth understanding of office management procedures. - Familiarity with financial and facilities management principles. - Proficient in Microsoft Package. - Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team player with leadership skills, self-motivation, adaptability and a positive attitude. - Good communication skills, leadership skills and interpersonal skills. - An analytical mind with problem-solving aptitude and innovation.

- Age Between - 20 to 40


Qualifications / Certificates

- Any graduate or Bachelor Degree.
