- Manage the full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment , benefits and compensation , employee relationships, and compliance with all applicable laws for employees. - Deal with employment agency and Government Office -Have knowledge and experience in local employment law, compensation, recruitment, employment relations and development. - Assist Manager for employment contracts, contracts with employee and others related documents - Handle staff complains and grievance.
- Any Graduate , HRM Certificate or diploma holder are more preferable - Age must be 25 -35 - At least 3-5 years experience in related field. - Must have personality , interpersonal skill , presentation skill and negotiation skill are required. - Able to work under directions and complete tasks required with time accuracy. - Proficiency in English especially in written and spoken. - Computer literacy , well known of using Internet & Email .
