- Assist in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process - Create and implement effective onboarding plans - Develop training and development programs. - Assist in performance management processes. - Search the branch marking data of the other industrial zone and other employee data survey process. - Record the training attendance list of the internal and external training and provide the training evaluation issues. - Support the Team Building Plan and also staff party and another HR related activities. - Design the HRD activities and plan for CSR activities and including health insurance and HSE issues. - Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best methods. - Conduct orientations and update records of new staffs.
- Minimum (1) year experience in HRD field. - More Prefer the Degree of (B.Com in HR)/(BBA in HR) and MBA. - If you have obtained the above degrees, you can apply without experience. - Must have Computer Basic and Microsoft package - Must have good communication skill, willing to learn and can able to be work to get the job done.
- Age Between - 20 to 30
- Must have Bachelor Degree (Any Graduate).
