Requirements

- Manage incoming calls, Facebook Page incoming Messages & Comments -Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution and keep records of customer interactions -Develop customer satisfaction goals and coordinate with the team -Must have knowledge for Beauty Tips (Monthly) -Report to HOD and Management -Analyze Sale, customers feedback and other customer services process -Corporate with Design Team for Marketing Video Shooting -Prepare E-commerce Order and Online Delivery -Working Hours - 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM -Off - Saturday (Alternative),Sunday and Public Holidays -Salary- Competitive Salary Package and Other Allowance -Transportation - Ferry Provide (Near Pick-up Point)
