-Assistants the Local HR Head in the development of the Human Resources Service Line -Assistants in the development of training plans & programmers for office employees -Maintains the archiving system with data related to office personal,training courses, leaves,CVs, etc. -Makes sure to follow-up with training activited and verifying all logistical aspects -Operates daily adminstration of SAP Human Capital Management software and keeps up to date all personal data -Assists in the organization of human resources activites upon the approval from management -Adheres and operates at all times as per company's policies, code of conduct, HR policies & business plan -Monitors and advises about local labour laws and assists the Local HR Head to implement these -Advises the staff on performance issues -Acts as a point of contact for Human Resources issued and complaints -Controls and checks the time attendance software -Performs any other duties as assigned by the Global and Local Heads -Provides assistance to the Human Resources Service Line as required -Ensures that confidentiality is maintained at all times
-Minimum 2 year's relevant experience in a similar position -Excellent command of the English and Myanmar Language -Excellent teamwork, interpersonal and sociability skills -Very good multicultural skills -Good knowledge of Microsoft office (Power Point, Word, Excel, Outlook) -Sufficient understanding of local employment legisiation and Myanmar Labour Law -Be able to occasionally travel

-University degree (or) Diploma in Human Resources Management or Business Management
