-Manage payroll for employees accurately and in a timely manner. Then calculating salaries, income tax, SSB and overtime ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. -Maintaining and updating employee payroll records, including personal information, tax details and benefits. -Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws, regulations and company policies. The participant in internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and explanations related to payroll process. -Support to HOD and other tasks.
-Minimum 3 years experiences in HR Executive field. -Strong knowledge of Myanmar Labor Law and SSB. -Good understanding of HR software. -Must have leading skills, problem solving skills and negotiation skills. -Good communication skills and interpersonal skills. -Proficiency in computer literacy and Advanced Excel -English must be in intermediate level.

-Any graduate with HR Diploma and certified in payroll.
