-Prepare and arrange for the office supplies. -Arrange for the billing process (such as meter bill and phone bill) -Handle the monthly petty cash process -Manage daily vehicle requirements, and ferry for all departments -Coordinate in office organization and procedures, records, and files. -Organize and supervise office events, meeting workshop and other activities. -Perform other duties as assigned
-Good interpersonal skills and communication skills -Proficient in MS office word, excel and power point -Minimum 3 years experience in Administration field. -Must be Honest, hard working and passionate
