Job Description Full Time(အမြဲတမ်း ဝန်ထမ်း)

-Recruits staff including facilitating the development of job descriptions, preparing advertisements, checking application forms, short-listing, interviewing, and selecting candidates. -Administers payroll and maintains employee records. -Maintaining payroll operations by following policies and procedures. -Answers staff questions about wages, deductions, attendance, and time records. -Administer and calculate monthly staff salary, overtime, leave, without pay, sick pay, income tax, SSB and EC Contracts. -Organize, maintain and update employee HRIS information as needed. -Prepare training plan, company regulations, work contract and staff profile. -Conducting new employee Orientation for new employees. -Assist in performance management and employee evaluation. -Prepare to all employment process such as making Employment Contract, Employee Evaluation, Confirmation, Resignation, Termination and staff welfare. -Prepare monthly HR report to HR Manager.


-Must be able to handle for Human Resources Certificate/Diploma -(3) years’ work experience in related job. -Understanding of local labor law. -Strong MS Office skills including PowerPoint, Word, Excel. -Excellent Communication skill & Reporting Skill.
