Job Description • To act as a Catering Representative, deal with client site personal. • To assign all catering crew to their respective job. • To prepare weekly menu with chief cook. • To check temperature for all storage areas. • To check stock balance to be in safe and prepare food order in time. • To supervise Food Production and Food Preparation Premises in line with HACCP standard. • To follow up ISO standard formats. • To conduct Weekly Tool Talk for Personal Hygiene and Safety. • To conduct the accommodation checking in case of emergency. • To take record of meal attendance.
Minimum Required Knowledge & Experience Education / Experience • Any Graduated. • Age must be between 30 to 40 years old. • Must have knowledge of HACCP awareness, Food Handling & Food Safety. • Must have minimum 5 years working experiences in related field. • Must be honest & have good attitude, • Must have interpersonal skill, leadership skill, problem solving skill and decision-making skill. • Must be cooperative, hardworking, responsible and accountable. • Must be able to conduct on-site training. • Good command of English. • Computer Literate (Microsoft Office, Internet & Email).
