Job Description Full Time(အမြဲတမ်း ဝန်ထမ်း)

• Train housekeepers on cleaning and maintenance tasks. • Manages the daily operations of a housekeeping department to ensure offices, rooms and other specified areas are kept in a clean and orderly condition. • Train and motivate team members. • Check rooms and common areas, including stairways, lounge area, lobby etc. • Check private and public areas for tidiness. • Schedule shifts and arrange for staff replacements in cases of absence. • Establish and educate staff on cleanliness, tidiness and hygiene standards. • Motivate team members and resolve any issues that occur on the job. • Respond to customer complaints and special requests. • Monitor and replenish cleaning products stock including floor cleaner, bleach and rubber gloves. • Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation policies in all areas. • Organize daily briefing with housekeeping attendants on a daily basis. • Report to Room Division Manager and carryout his/her work requests. • Manage subordinates such as Housekeeping Captain, Attendant, Clerk and PA Cleaner.


• Male or female with minimum experience of three (3) years in a 4-star Hotel or above in a Housekeeping or similar field. • Proficiency in Burmese PLUS English or Mandarin (preferred) is required. • Extensive knowledge of the function and department processes. • Stamina to handle the physical demands of the job. • May require traveling overseas for training on a regular basis with all expenses paid.
