- Advertise open positions at Facebook, LinkedIn, and Personal announcement. - Assist in recruitment and selection process by collecting, screening CV JDs and JS. - Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates. -Administering appropriate company assessments. -Performing reference and background checks. - Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers. -Following up on the interview process status. - Record and update employee database and personal files. -Assist in orientation process. CSR activity and in house training program if necessary -Preparing and submitting all relevant HR Letter/Documents. -Maintaining relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved.
- At least 2 years experience in recruitment & selection field. - Highly computer literate in Microsoft Suite (especially Excel) and various HR software. - Exceptional analytical and problem solving skills and negotiable skill. - Expert stress management skills and ability to make important decisions under pressure.
- Age Between - 22 to 30
-Bachelor's Degree in human resources, business administration, finance, or related field.
