- Must possess a good personality and interpersonal skills. - Responsible for the end-to-end of the business operation - Lead the production, warehouse/logistics and sale & marketing functions - Must be computer literate, especially in MS Office, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. - Able to work under pressure and a good team leader. - Matured, good communication and leadership skills, and a sense of responsibility. - Knowledge of operational management and operational excellence is a must. - Strong negotiation and communication skills. - Filing management and common document writing. - Strong problems solving skills, good policy review, and knowledge of updated laws & regulations. - Minimum 3 years in Operation Management & 3 years in Managerial level. - Ability to communicate with Myanmar and English. - Time management skills, organizational skills. - Decision-making, and problem-solving ability. - Must have a driving license and able to drive most types of vehicles.

- Any graduate, diploma in management is more preferred.
