-Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties. -Assist the HR department in the hiring process. -Assist in employee compensation. -Thorough understanding of the company's HR policies and processes. -Assessing the training and development needs of the employees - To keep all document for payroll confidential files and data files update securely -Supervision on the attendance, leave, CDO, late & absent -Prepare monthly SSB, OT, Ferry Fee, Pl allowance and other cases -Cooperate with finance for Fine deduction, Debit & Credit deduction for payroll process -Managing and participating government affairs. -Overseeing department budget planning and cost saving -Maintaining all policies and procedures manuals
-2years experience in HR & Admin field -Able to initiate in preparing HR policies and procedures for regionals -Good interpersonal relation and proven communication skill with all level staff. -Strong administration skills -Accountable for the timely administration of duties and functions as outlined -What We Can Offer Rewards over performance Meal & accommodation Allowance -Office Hour:(08:00-16:00) -OFF Day:Sunday & Public Holiday
