Greeting customer, responding to questions, improving engagement with merchandise Complete store operational requirement by scheduling and assigning employee, following up on work results Cross selling products to increase purchase amount Deal with complaints from customers to maintain the store's reputation Supervise and guide staff toward maximum performance Organize all store operation and allocate responsibilities to personnel Inspect the area in the store and resolve any issue that might arise Analyse sales and revenue reports and make forecasts Maintains store staff job results by coaching counselling discipling employees, planning monitoring and appraising job results Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as need Monitor and maintain store inventory Ensure standards for quality and customer service Overseeing pricing and stock control Ensure store compliance with health and safety regulations Coach and support new and existing Sales Associates Ask the customer date information and record in customer data Develop and arrange promotional material and in-store displays
At least (4 or 5) Years experience in related field Secures merchandise by implementing security systems and measures Protects employees and customers by providing a safe and clean store environments Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, revising professional publications, establishing personal networks, participating in professional societies Markets merchandise by studying advertising, sales promotion and display plans, analysing operating and financial statements for profitability ratios Maintain operations by initiating, coordinating and enforcing program operational and personal policies and procedures Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed Independent confident and Self-motivates

Fluent in the English Language Any Graduate, Marketing diploma is preferred
