Job Description Full Time(အမြဲတမ်း ဝန်ထမ်း)

• Regular sales performance analysis and implement appropriate steps to maximize sales profitability through targeted and measure able action plans. • Develop and implement a regional market sales strategy , especially focused on lower Myanmar and provinces. • Create and implement new sales and events strategies to grow the retail business. • Manage subordinates in accordance with company polices. • Plan and direct staffing , training , and performance evaluations to develop and control sales and service programs..


Requirements

• Experience in sales and marketing management in FMCG field with a through knowledge of marketing principles , product and service management , sale and business development , along with a demonstrated track record of success and performance. • Excellent communication skills, interpersonal and problem-solving skills creative thinking skills. • A deep understanding of the strategic marketing and selling process. • Experience in managing budgets effectively , financial reporting ,setting up effective metrics and business processes.

Qualifications / Certificates

Higher degree in business or any related field.
