-Responsible for overseeing the entire recruitment process, encompassing CV screening, interview coordination, candidate selection, and job placement -Manage employee attendance records and accurately calculate salary payments. -Ensure all records are consistently updated and reports are delivered to the HR Manager in a timely and accurate manner. -Organize and support the execution of all HR activities and plans. - Maintain and routinely update the employee database, including personal files and personnel information. -Office announcement letters addressing issues raised by management -Possess a comprehensive understanding of general and legal requirements in accordance with labor laws, Social Security Board.
-A minimum of four years of experience in the HR sector -Comprehensive understanding of local labor laws and Social Security Board (SSB) regulations. -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills -Proficiency in advanced Microsoft Excel PageMaker and PowerPoint -Experience with HR compensation software. particularly Odoo is essential -Benefits -Uniforms
