Job Description Full Time(အမြဲတမ်း ဝန်ထမ်း)

-Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions. -Maintains organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; counseling managers on candidate selection, conducting and analyzing exit interviews,recommending changes. - Prepare the payroll report with correct data into spreadsheets by ensuring payroll information accuracy. - Draw an overall or individualized training and development plan that addresses need and expectations. -Deploy a wide variety of training methods. - Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and provide recommendations for improvement. -Ensure training programs comply with regulatory requirements and are delivered on time and within budget.


Requirements

-Strong hands-on experience in payroll administration as an expert. -Must have depth knowledge in Government labor laws. -5 to 8 years HR Manager experience in large companies. -Willingness to work in challenging working conditions and under pressure -OFFICE HOURS : 9Am-5:30 Pm

- Age Between - 35 to 50


Qualifications / Certificates

-University degree with additional professional qualification in HR.
