Job Description Full Time(အမြဲတမ်း ဝန်ထမ်း)

• Service existing accounts, obtain orders, and establish new accounts by planning and organizing daily work • schedule to call on existing or potential cosmetic professionals • Analyze reports, data, target list and appropriate territory information to focus sales efforts • Submit activity and result reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analysis to management • Expanding coverage, developing new territories for business development • Collection& communication the market information about customer& competitors. • Budgets preparation for team. • To manage the operation in order to accomplish most effective sale team. • Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information • Maintain professional technical knowledge by working with their District Managers regarding addition training and product knowledge • Maintain up to date a post call records on customer sales • Maintain current approved protocol and company promotional materials to be used in sales presentation • Maintain territory, develop routing and call cycles • Achieve expected call activity to target physicians with proper frequency


• More than (5) years previous experience in cosmetic sales, or a related field • Must be advance computer skills and experience with tracking and recording call information, filing documents, or updating customer profiles/accounts; may include entering and tracking merchandise • Excellent communication skills • Persuasive and goal-oriented • In-depth understanding of company services and its position in the market • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently

Qualifications / Certificates

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, business, or related field preferred
