- Responsible for the full spectrum of the financial accounting - Handle full financial and management reporting functions, business analysis, including consolidation, cash flow, budget and tax reporting - Ensure compliance with all corporate policies and procedures, statutory financial reporting and tax requirements - Developing financial management - Monitor day-to-day financial activities - Review financial procedures, internal controls, business processes and systems to ensure effective controls are in place - Responsible for preparing and analyzing monthly/yearly financial reports -Tax compliance with government authorities concerned - Make estimate of funds required for the short and long-term financial objectives of the organization - Develop and implement plans for budgeting, forecasting, and reporting -Evaluate the financial performance of the organization and measure returns on investment Manage and monitor metrics, KPI tracking and reports Cooperate with internal and external audit team in conducting annual audit -Carry out any other assigned task by BOD
Possess a degree in accountancy and/or CPA or equivalent professional qualifications (e.g.. ACCA Part 1) - Minimum 8 years relevant experience with at least 3 years in a managerial position - Strong knowledge of Myanmar Accounting Standards and IFRS, costing. taxation and corporate governance - Proficient in Microsoft Office (Words, Excel, PowerPoint)
