Job Description Full Time(အမြဲတမ်း ဝန်ထမ်း)

We are Hiring for Mandalay (Urgent) • Manage and Control all activities in sales process. • Plan, do, check, act all sales plans to meet target / K Pis • Proactively develop the sales channels through the support for different business units. • Coordinate with the operation division to provide the best quality service with on time delivery plus additional services to all customers such as product knowledge and technical training or testing service • Prepare and propose all related sales reports to the management • Prepare and control the department budget • Control the staffs to follow all procedures and work instructions • Control the staffs to follow all company and safety regulations • Prepare and propose the necessary trainings for the staffs to improve working, quality, and safety knowledge and skills • Other jobs assigned by supervisors • Suggest digital strategies for customers, consideration their specific requirement. • Responsible to put the prepare, present the creative works and estimate cost to Client • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of Sales communications. • Analyzing potential strategic partner relationships • Brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years’ experiences in Sales Manager. Must have Driving License. • Having several Sales knowledge and systematic thinking aspect. • Understanding of Myanmar digital trends. • Being skilled at problem analysis skill and Immediately problem solving. • Proven ability to make decisions quickly and confidently and work effectively under pressure. • Able to adapt and work effectively in a variety of situations, individuals or groups. • Good Computer literacy Knowledge (MS word, excel, power point, E-mail). • Good presentation skill and impressive personality. • Must be able to speak conversational English.

Qualifications / Certificates

• Qualification level of a degree holder in Any degree or Degree in Sales & Marketing is highly preferable
