-Responsible to perform the whole cycle of compensation and benefits process. -Daily HR operation (Attendance. Leave Record and Overtime). -Responsible for incoming/outgoing letters of HR Department. -Communicating and liaising with government offices (SSB, Income Tax and EC Contract). -Assist in preparing Employee cards. -Responsible for maintaining all employees' personal data ,filing control. -Employee Relations for new Policy announcement. -Arranging monthly birthday celebrations for employee. -Any other duties assigned by HR Manager
Must have (3) years and above experiences in HR field. -Proficient in the use of Microsoft (Words, Excel, Power point) and advanced Excel. -Keen attention to detail and accuracy. -Excellent communication and negotiation skills. -Can work under pressure and have teamwork skills -Basic knowledge of Myanmar Labour Law. - Basic Salary + Attendance fee + Uniform + Ferry Provided
