- Establish sales goals with the national sales manager. - Perform effective sales strategies to achieve agreed-upon goals. - Lead sales team members to achieve sales targets. -Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales reports for the National Sales Manager. -Analysis, interpretation, and reporting of sales results and suggest improvements. -Supervising and guiding the sales team, as well as providing incentives to motivate staff to achieve sales targets. -Building and maintaining good working relationships with customers. -Regularly attending sales meetings and training sessions. -Prepare and present monthly reports to the principals, which include sales data,salesmen performance, outlet performance, issues, feasible solutions, and a deep analysis and evaluation of sales performance -Develop field sales action plans to facilitate the implementation of the regional sales programs. -Drive to meet the expected sales targets for the region. -Direct responsibility for the day-to-day management of sales representatives
-Must have at least (3) years of experience in a similar position. -Good interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills and be able to interact with people at all levels -Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and pharmaceutical products -Leadership abilities, strategic approach, client-oriented -Planning and prioritizing abilities -Problem-solving capabilities -Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines -Office Hours Mon to Sat (9:00 AM to 5.00PM) -Off Days - Sunday and Gazette Holidays.
