Working hours- 9:00AM to 5:30PM Close day- Sunday & Public Holidays Off * Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners * Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks, computers, software with weekly schedule, monthly schedule. * Providing day-to-day support coverage to end users ranging from software and network support, hardware, troubleshooting resolution. * Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary * Responding to breakdowns and investigating, diagnosing and solving computer software and hardware faults * Regular updating, maintaining backup data. * Developing and implementing IT systems which improve productivity and efficiency of operations to support business lines
* Must have at least 2 year experiences at related field. * Good understanding of computer systems and other tech products. * Strong personal skills to communicate directly with end-users. * Experience with Active Directory implementation and troubleshooting
- Age Between - 25 to 30
* Bachelor in IT and Computer Science or Diploma in IT or relevant field.
