- Learning & Development manager will help to improve our employee's knowledge & skils. Leaning and development manager will handle the training and professional development of company employees. L&D manager should identify the current and future skills requirements of our organization. and creates flexible leaning modules (through digital and classroom) to meet the diverse needs of the workforce

Requirements

- 3 years' experience of working on a L&D Manager. Training Manager or other relevant postilion, - Significant experience with effective leaning and development methods - Good knowledge of e-learning platforms and practices - Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills. - Well versed with Business English and local language. - Practical experience with MS Office and Learning Management System (LMS),

- Age Between - 25 to 35

Qualifications / Certificates

- Bachelor or master degree with business management specialty.
