Job Description Full Time(အမြဲတမ်း ဝန်ထမ်း)

• Knowledgeable maintenance works. (electrical, plumbing and sanitary). • Conducting routine inspections and tests of alarms, detectors, fire and security related equipment. • Diagnosing faults and basic repairing for relating with M&E. • Monitor and inspecting M&E work undertaken by project contractors. • Make the machine maintenance according to maintenance plan and to inform immediately to M&E Technician for the machine breakdown. • To follow the instructions and directives by M&E Technician. • Able to work independently and resolve technical and operational issues. • Must be a good team player. • Good communication skills and interpersonal skill. • Necessary PPE must be worn while performing the maintenance and to comply with company HSE policy. • Able to work under pressure. • Perform additional duties with the current role when requested by management.

Requirements

• At least 3 years and above working experience in M&E. • Must be able to work overtime. • Proficient in Auto-CAD, 2D, 3D MS Office and Outlook email.

- Age Between - 25 to 30

Qualifications / Certificates

• AGTI/ B-Tech/BE Electrical or Mechanical or equivalents
