Job Description Full Time(အမြဲတမ်း ဝန်ထမ်း)

-Estimating and budgeting for construction projects. - Cost control and monitoring expenditures. -Procurement of materials and services. -Contract administration and management. -Advising on cost-effective construction methods. -Resolving disputes related to costs and contracts. -Ensuring projects are completed within budget.

Requirements

-Above 3-years of working experiences in related field. -Proficient in Auto CAD, Microsoft Project and other technical software. -Knowledgeagle of construction materials & services, their properties and market dynamics. -Strong organizational, analytical & quantitative skill. -Problem-solving skill, good communication skill & interpersonal skill -Working Hours :8:00 AM-4:30 PM (Mon to Frit & 8:00 AM-1:00 PM (Sat) -Holidays : Saturday (Half Off). Sunday and Public Holidays

- Age Between - 25 to 40

Qualifications / Certificates

-Must be graduated with B Tech (or) BE (Civil).
