Job Description Full Time(အမြဲတမ်း ဝန်ထမ်း)

-Handle the overall process of recruitment and selection (Preparing job descriptions, posting Job advertisements, screening the applications and the initial phone screening process). -Sourcing and recruiting candidates by using databases, social media, Linkedin,Job platforms and hand to hand recruiting processes. -Manage new hire paperwork and onboarding. -Checking employee working history & job offering candidates. -Collaborate with department managers to define job requirements clearly. -Conducting orientation to new employees and the employment contract -Maintain the employee's personal file.


Requirements

-Must have more than (3) years of relevant work experience. -Must be understanding of Recruiting Process and can be apply. -Must fluent Microsoft Word/Excel/PowerPoint. -Knowledge of HR laws. -Must have strong reporting skills.

- Age Between - 25 to 35


Qualifications / Certificates

-Any Graduate (Diploma in HRM is Preferable) and Agency Background.
