Job Description Full Time(အမြဲတမ်း ဝန်ထမ်း)

"• Coordinating with Project Coordinators in detail job assignment for teams • Ensuring that all the TI/SI sites are operating in accordance with specification and/or terms and conditions requested by the Customers • Ensuring that all the TI/SI operations are done within the specific time frame • Checking twice a month and securing Proper Tools, materials and personal protection equipment are in place for all relevant resources to perform their tasks correct, on time and safe • Creation of standard Telecom Implementation templates for project use and assisting customer requests and imposed standards • Coordinating with other related department in order to be smooth and systematic work flow • Preparing particular project budget and coordinating with Finance Department for TI/SI monthly and annual Budget following up actions and PO/Invoice processes • Cooperating with customers for day to day operation and dealing with all complaints as representative of ATI • Ensuring all the project reports are correct and impressive format • Ensuring all TI/SI related documents are kept in systematic order • Reporting weekly project progress to General Manager • Notifying General Manager of any improvements to the processes, guidelines, documentation templates or other parts of the project plan • Performing other tasks assigned by supervisor

Requirements

"• University degree with any disciplines (Diploma/ certificate in related engineering field or Project Management is preferable) • Minimum four years’ experience in related field • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills and good customer relationship management • Having positive attitude and good business sense • Rational decision making and problem solving ability is essential • Ability to work under pressure and keep to tight deadlines • Ability to use standard application software (e.g. Microsoft Office) and internet application • Good command of written and spoken English languages • Ability to travel and work independently •Age between 30 to 40"
