Job Description Full Time(အမြဲတမ်း ဝန်ထမ်း)

-Advertising vacancies on all major job posting sites, and on our social media platforms. -Collecting and reviewing applications to shortlist candidates. -Conducting background checks to ensure that candidates are fit for appointment -Meeting with and interviewing shortlisted individuals. -Selecting the most suitable candidates and providing them with job offers. -To assist mid-year & annual performance management review process for All Business Units. -Scheduling training and orientation for new employees. -Identify Learning and Development needs from Business Units and other Departments with HR Mgr -Maintain training data in Learning Management System and other systems -Contribute to L&D department events & activities -Perform any other duties or tasks as needed by HR Manager.


Requirements

-At least 3 years experience in related field -Extensive recruitment experience & learning & development exp as well. -Familiarity with recruiting software and tools -Have good computer skills (Word, Excel, Power Point) -Have a positive attitude, be proactive & highly responsible

- Age Between - 25 to 35


Qualifications / Certificates

-Bachelor’s degree & Diploma in human resource management, or an HR -related field
